Dr. Jasmol Sardana is a board certified internal medicine and lifestyle medicine physician with over 10 years of clinical expertise in primary care, urgent care and executive health. She understands both the science of health and the reality of making lasting change. Dr. Sardana is also a certified health and wellness coach so that she can offer the time and support needed when creating a shift in ones health.
After going through her own chronic health challenges, Dr. Sardana realized that transformation is not just possible but completely within reach and she is eager to help you achieve the same.
Dr. Sardana firmly believes that each person is the Chief Health Architect of their life and is ready to help you design a plan that fits you, your goals, and your unique health journey.
